A monogram is a motif made by overlapping or combining two or more letters. Monograms are often made by combining the initials of an individual or a company, used as recognizable symbols.

In-stock blank items ship within 2 business days. Personalized items will be produced within 2-weeks after artwork approval. RushProcessing programs are available. Ground shipment depends on your destination. We ship via UPS and USPS from our various nationwide warehouses.
In-stock, blank items ship in 1-2 days. Personalized orders ship between 4-10 business days (depending on the product) of billed and approved order.
We mostly ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. We can not be responsible for delayed orders caused by our shipping carriers. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
Certain heavier or oversized items (i.e. some bags, outerwear, signs) may be incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you by email before we ship these oversized items for approval.
International Shipments. We do ship to International and military (APO, etc.) addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). For non-military, international addresses you will be emailed if there are any additional shipping charges. Shipping fees do not reflect any customs or duty fees which are the buyer's responsibility. We do not ship to International PO boxes or UPS 2-Day Air to Canada. Free shipping promotions NOT applicable on international orders.
We offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee (less shipping) for blank items provided they are returned within 15-days from receipt of order.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors.
All custom products are made-to-order. Once an item gets customized it can not be reused or resold. However, LogoSportswear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair your item(s). Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order.
LogoSportswear reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and look attractive on the item ordered.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
If you would like to return or exchange a blank item or if your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship, please notify our customer service department
and get a return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Blank items may be returned up to 15 days after purchase at no cost or 30 days with a 15% restocking fee.
All orders are made-to-order and require us to order product from our suppliers. Once an order is received and staged for personalization there are no cancellations.
All cancellations must be done in writing via email or fax and there is a 15% restocking fee for the garments. In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and can not be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.
